We currently have three workshops that we offer, all of which help drive and empower healthy, happy and meaningful longevity, youthfulness and optimal quality of life.

The workshops are all practical, relaxed and fun, whilst being informative and providing easily learnt skills and knowledge that you can apply for the rest of your (younger, healthier, happier and longer) life.

Introduction to Meditation & Mindfulness for Health & Wellbeing

Meditation is very easy to learn. The benefits of Meditation & Mindfulness are amazing. Anything enabling calm, balance and peace is extremely valuable in modern life however the massive range of benefits extends far beyond this. The workshops are informal, enjoyable and comfortable (no sitting on the floor). They are designed so that anyone, at the end of the day, can easily establish (or strengthen) a personal meditation & mindfulness practice and start to access the many benefits. The workshops are backed up by course notes and guided meditations, to accompany the course, are also optionally available.
